Susan Fitzell, M.Ed., CSP has over 30 years of experience in the education space teaching people how to learn, how to stay motivated, and how to maximize their talents. Her specialty is training and teaching neurodivergent thinkers: dyslexic, autistic, ADHD, OCD, etc.

Susan shows forward thinking corporate leaders how to access and retain an untapped, loyal talent pool that will give them a competitive edge. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations. She not only shows leaders how neurodiversity is a competitive advantage, she shows them how to make it work.
